Your biggest limiting belief might be the one you keep repeating to yourself.
For me, the thought was that I was not good enough, that I was a failure, and that I would never succeed no matter how hard I tried.
The first step toward changing that belief was writing it down.
Then I wrote down why it was false.
I started questioning the logic behind the story I had been telling myself. Was it really possible to fail every single time if I kept showing up, learning, and putting in the effort?
Think about shooting 100 free throws. Missing every single shot is possible, but it becomes much harder to believe that failure is inevitable when you keep practicing and improving.
The goal is to stop treating negative thoughts as facts.
Write down the belief that is holding you back. Examine the evidence. Challenge the assumptions behind it, and give yourself room to grow through experience.
You do not have to believe every thought that crosses your mind.
What limiting belief would you challenge first if you stopped treating it as the truth?
