Before you chase freedom, you’ve gotta define it. And I’m not just talkin’ about the dollar amount in your bank account.
Real freedom? It’s bigger than money. It’s about having time—time for your family, time for your health, time for what matters. It’s about energy—so you’re not drained every day, just trying to keep up. And it’s about margin—room to breathe, space to make decisions without pressure. It’s the ability to walk away from your business, your inbox, the hustle—and still be in control.
Let me tell you what that looked like for me.
When my son Zion had a stroke, everything stopped. For four and a half months, I wasn’t building funnels, posting content, running ads, or scaling a business. I was just Dad. I was there. Fully present.
And if I didn’t have freedom in those other areas—time, energy, margin—I wouldn’t have been.
So ask yourself: what good is a business if you can’t walk away when your family needs you most?
Freedom is the goal. But clarity is the first step.
