Honestly, this isn't a building most people would've wanted. It needed to be completely repurposed, and that scares a lot of buyers off. Now it's a co-working space with 24/7 tenant access, cameras at night, individual private offices with their own codes.
The ugliest room in the building became one of the best ones.
