Drive the Execution

If you are a founder still managing every project yourself, this is slowing your company down.

Your time should not be spent doing tasks that someone else can do cheaper.

If you can hire someone to do it for less than the cost of your time, hire them.

Your job is different.

Your job is to figure out the three or four projects that will actually grow the business.

Focus there.

Then assign a project lead for each one.

Do not manage the projects yourself.

Have a lead responsible for execution and milestones.

Then run a simple weekly meeting.

One hour.

Check progress on each project.

Review milestones.

Remove blockers.

You set direction.

They drive the execution.
