Build systems clear enough that someone else could run them without asking you for direction. When you can teach the process, you can delegate the process. And when you can delegate the process, the business can finally grow past you.
Freedom is not the ability to do nothing. It is the ability to choose what you do. You cannot make that choice until the machine runs without your hands on the wheel.
